You Can Volunteer

Events such as this would not be possible without volunteers. Whether you can serve the entire day, just a couple of hours, Friday evening, or Saturday, we have a place for you. Please consider serving at any of the area's listed below:

Friday Evening:

     Administration: Prepare SWAG bags, Setup registration and
                        information desk, etc.

     Hospitality: Setup water station, prepare morning food trays, etc.

     Pre-Event Setup: Setup tables and chairs, place signs, etc.

Saturday:

     Administration: Check riders in, support Solutions Center, etc.

     Post-Ride Celebration: Setup tables, chairs, tent, trash cans, serve
                      guests, cleanup.

     Route Flag Assistant: Flag riders into rest stops.

     Hospitality: Maintain ride start/stop water station, set-up coffee and
                      food in the morning, assist with food during
                      celebration, etc.

     Photographers: Take pictures of riders and event activities
                      throughout the day.

     Rest Stops: Greet riders, maintain food and water supplies, assist
                      riders.
