New Rider 15 mile ride:
An orientation will be presented on road rules and safety, and bikes will be checked for safe road use. A guide will accompany a group through the 15 mile ride.

Registration and Check-In Table:
A Registration and Check-In table will be located in the main lobby of Chesapeake Church from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

This ride takes place rain or shine.

Start and Finish Information:
The ride starts and finishes at the Chesapeake Church campus.

Please follow posted directions along the route.

You may start your ride as early as 8:00 a.m., but please, not later than 10:00 a.m. You are free to ride at your own pace, but we do request that you return by 4:00 p.m. when route services end.

New Rider 15 mile route will have orientation beginning at 9:00 a.m. and leave the campus at 9:30 a.m.

Riders should be off the roads by sunset.

Safety Rules and Guidelines:
Obey all traffic laws, including Maryland bicycle laws.

All riders are required to wear a helmet.

Please be courteous to other participants and vehicles sharing the road with you.

This ride is not recommended for children under 14 years old.

Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in the event.

All minors must be under adult supervision at all times.

First Aid and Emergency Needs:
First aid is available in mobile units along the route and at rest stops. These units have access to local emergency services.

Please carry your cell phone with you in a waterproof cover.

Bike Repairs:
Bike repair services will be located at the start/finish area. (fee may apply)

Post Event:
Join us after your ride for food, music and fellowship.

A massage station will be setup at the Registration area after the ride. There will be no advance registration, so please sign up as soon as you have completed your route. Cost: $15 for 15 min., or $30 for 30 min.
