8:00 a.m. ~ 9:15 a.m.

Registration and Check-In Table:
A Registration and Check-In table will be located at each World Gym where you can check-in.

Through the generosity of World Gym, the cost of the Virtual Ride is "donations optional"! Riders wishing to support End Hunger financially will have their donations (up to $50 per person) matched by World Gym.

Start and Finish Information:
The Virtual Ride will start at the times listed above at both the World Gym in Prince Frederick, MD (map) and Owings, MD (map).

At the Prince Frederick location there are 20 spaces available per time slot and 24 spaces per time slot in Owings. Any spaces available for walk-in registrations will be on a first come-first serve basis.

Once you are finished with your ride, please join us at Friday's Creek Winery (map) for free wine tasting and the Post Ride Event at Chesapeake Church (map) for food, music and fellowship.

The Post Ride Event will end at 4:00 p.m.

Safety Rules and Guidelines:
Please follow all rules that World Gym and/ or the instructors provide.

This ride is not recommended for children under 14 years old.

Riders age 14 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult and have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in the event.

All minors must be under adult supervision at all times.

First Aid and Emergency Needs:
First aid is available at each location.

Post Event:
Join us at Chesapeake Church (map) for food, music and fellowship after your ride.

A massage station will be setup after the ride. There will be no advance registration, so please sign up at the Chesapeake Church Campus Solutions Desk as soon as you have completed your ride. Cost: $15 for 15 min., or $30 for 30 min.
