Matthew Steven Bertolaccini

The Live Out Loud End Hunger Obstacle Run was started to remember the life of Matthew Bertolaccini. His life was cut short at the age of thirteen by a tragic accident in 2004. Matt’s family and friends wish to perpetuate the spirit of his faith and compassion for other by dedicating this event to him.

In 2009, the Bertolaccini family started Matt’s Place, a safe, adult supervised after school program at Chesapeake Church. Students would have free access to computer labs, homework assistance and recreational activities.

Matthew’s fun-loving, caring, and energetic spirit inspires others to have hope and move forward in protecting the youth in our community.

We would not be able to do the work that we do without the generous support of our sponsors. We are proud to be working in partnership with these companies:

Chesapeake Church
Crow Entertainment
The Lobby Coffee Bar
National Ink & Stitch
Papa John’s
SJ Johnson
Smoothie King
Town Center BP at Dunkirk

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please email us at [email protected] and someone from our team will be in touch with you soon.
